I believed many people have heard this term “Rat Race”. What is it exactly and why you want to get out of it FAST!
A Rat Race as explained in Wikipedia is
“A rat race is a term used for an endless, self-defeating or pointless pursuit. It conjures up the image of the futile efforts of a lab rat trying to escape whilst running around a maze or in a wheel but ultimately achieve nothing (meaningful) either collectively or individually.”
“This terminology contains implications that many people see work as a seemingly endless pursuit with little reward or purpose”
You see, many people have been doing the same thing year in year out, trying to earn more money by working harder, climbing the corporate ladder, become over stress and overwork, getting into more debts….then work even harder and get a better paying job but in the end work even harder and left with no time for family.
Many people do not realised that by working this way, you will never be rich, let alone attain financial freedom. You are only making other people earn more money.
Therefore, if you want to be rich and financially free, first you must do something to get out of the RAT RACE. This little something is about being in control of your own time and money. Of course, this is not something that can be done in at the snap of a finger and defintely not possible for me to write in a post.
Therefore, as i write along in my blog, i will share with you ideas about money management, investing, financial planning which worked so do stay tuned.
